Them scum tossers won't go in the stoke ends, they will have seen what happened to there blue rivals when they tried it! Every man and his dog know there's going be trouble. If stoke don't sell out for this then were a embarrassment! 20 quid in the quarter final of the cup against the champions is a game any decent fan wouldn't miss for the world They wouldn't be able to get tickets even if they tried Clyde. I keep hearing worrying rumours about this game and am concerned.

Because there are so many shit fans plaguing this planet we have a high proportion here in Stoke. I've heard of more than the odd Stoke season ticket holder giving their ticket to a shit fan neighbour!!

That wouldn't be cause too many problems, as they'll have the same accents and a good knowledge of Stoke. They're hardly going to jump up and down if United score.

The atmosphere will be very intense.

For instance if I wasn't going and give my ticket to a utd fan and they went on to cause trouble that would all come back onto me!! Nobody is that thick surely to do that? Unless we have a few thousand Joey Essex's between us

I hope to god United don't drink in Stoke beforehand. Not they ever do but you never know with them bringing a larger following.

I think a lot of people who normally get local pub coaches to the Brit will be in the Stoke town early for this one.Seems a lot of threats of what they are going to do now they have the extra tickets. Like a few have said i think the town is going to be very busy,so if United had thoughts of getting in early ,think again.

Can't we just enjoy the game? I remember when we played Cardiff at home a couple of seasons ago & they kicked off in the power league?, i met a poor oap in a cardiff shirt that was streaming in blood, i helped him up & went to the away end gates with him... after that, six or so of our lot , stormed the harvester & and just pushed the guards out of the way, then came out two minutes later.
Not really a need.

all sounds a bit sad to me really. If anything is going to keep real fans and their families away its the threat of a load of fully grown (debatable) drunken assholes running riot trying to prove they are bigger penises that the others.

Sold them out in two hours level one membership, they have to pay extra to have the privilege to apply for away tickets normal season ticket holders never get a look in.So them selling 4500 is nothing new for them, they do it week in and week out.

They say that we still point at aeroplanes and throw stones at the moon...I nearly pissed myself laughing.

Just had a quick look on scfcdirect - no exaggeration, I reckon only a third (if that) of ST seats have been taken up by their regular occupant prior to general sale.
No doubt some folks are waiting for pay day but, even so, that is worrying...

I was lucky enough to have been at the Vic when we beat them on our way to winning the Cup in 1972. The crowds outside the ground two hours before kick off, waiting to get in, were incredible. The memory of the winning goal, and the crowd's reaction, will always be fantastic memories. I hope we fill our three sides of the ground this time, and show them what true local support is all about. I remember it taking over half an hour to walk around the back of the Boothen. We were like sardines outside the ground. I'm sure there was more outside than in!

General sale all morning yet there are no sections that look more than half occupied! We need to be up for this one by creating the atmosphere to stand a chance

It's still almost a month away. If I hadn't of been forced to reserve my season ticket so early I'd have been waiting until payday next week.

Even taking into account money, the time of year and it being on Sky, you do wonder what the fuck is happening to us.
It's still is a month away I suppose .

No excuses for anything less than a sell out here.
Youd spend more than 20 quid at the chinese on a friday.

As I cant seem to get them online for some reason maybe that's why they are not selling very fast. Been trying all morning and had no luck

As I cant seem to get them online for some reason maybe that's why they are not selling very fast. Been trying all morning and had no luck Ring the ticket office then and buy them over the phone. People's reluctance to do anything over telephone these days is extraordinary! it won't be long before people refuse to do anything unless it can be sorted/bought/arranged/ etc online!
