I have a feeling 2 of the underdogs (maybe more) can go through here. I see Sunderland upsetting Chelsea, hopefully we beat United but I think Leicester will put up a good fight against City. I don't think WHU have a chance away at Spurs though, they need to go all out for something this year and domestic cup would be a good start

I can see there being lot of trouble at this game. United will bring a big following and will be well up for it.

That the black fella 'huthselbow' remember him giving it large, what a wanker he was, apparently he's one of their 'main lads' as well, should be a good night if they don't end up at the Crown again.

Yes that was him bristolpotter, gave it "big un" all game untill people had enough and stewards were called in. Tottenham had the same box the game before aswell. Stoke station will be the closest they get to stoke town

I would be amazed if we drew Arsenal as they lost in the last round! Now imagine if we drew West Ham, that would be good! Thought they beat Chelsea ?? Or am I just making things up now. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24619361

And they will i'm sure of that.

I'm just hoping that we sell out in our ends. We don't want another repeat of the man city game.

No reason for us not to sell out,no excuses. It won't sell out. One week before X-mas, live on Sky, the novelty of playing a big club has worn off. 22K absolute max for me.

Correct, 23k at a push, like you said, the novelty's gone now, them ones who passed through the early Premier league seasons have moved on to the next "cool" thing to do,probably Golf or XBOX One or what ever's "in" these days, good riddance to them to!!!!

Wizard- calm down pal ;-0, we all know 'the shit's following for cup games is a different breed from their normal run of the mill Prem game, lots of young scally types capable of smashing up tea bars and abusing seats, and generally causing a nuisance, but think the word has already been put out in the right places, we'll be alright pal ;-0

I was looking forward to going but now I'll be watching it on TV in a bar on the Costa Calida with my old man and my five year old grandson. Games under floodlights on a dry cold night are special. I hope it's as loud as the bear pit of old

We only need to sell 23,000 for a full house. If we sell <22,000 it's a disgrace and shows how fickle our fans really are.

I don't think it'll sell out, we had a winnable (we won it) FA cup quarter final and it didn't sell out, we had a European knockout tie against Valencia and it didn't sell out. Stoke fans are just a bit cack for stuff like this.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one. Then you xmas etc. For some Stoke fits around family and work not the other way round. ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/cj7bsBj2jOTuEAUVaPt5.gif)

However, we only need to sell 22,000 or so as opposed to 25,000 we would usually need to for near a full house. 3000 less. Then we get the factor of people who can't afford season tickets or prem tickets, so choose to go to cheaper cup games instead. surely they would also displace fans who genuinely can't go. The cup semi final last year shows we have 35,000 fans who pick and choose games (okay, make that 33,000 factoring in people who never go to other games). surely there isn't over 10,000 of them who have other commitments. And you can guarantee for every supporter such as yourself who can't go because of work, money etc. There is another who can afford, and doesn't have work but can't be arsed because it's 'too cold' or because we only drew against Swansea last weekend.
