What about Hughes as the first half manager.....then Pulis to close it out in the second half.
Have joint managers ever worked before??

I don't think you are taking me seriously - I think we could lead the way on this. Like the free away travel.

What if we go a goal behind in the first half? Does Pulis still put his 9 man defence out for the second half to defend a 1-0 loss (actually, i've just described Pulis when he was here last season...)

i am behind you. they are both welsh as well so there will be no language problems.
we need pulis back to help attract the top players, if pulis comes; baines comes

You'd have to be flexible. Say it we went 2 up, Pulis immediately takes over.
Or there could be a text vote for the crowd for him to take the reigns at any point - say if the crowd thought we were being too attacking.

We could have the fans swap too... PHW's in the first half, supporting Sparky, then rimmers take their place once TP takes over.

Maybe Hughes in the morning and Pulis in the afternoon?
That way they wouldn't be too knackered for the football bit.

scfc75, of course not, if we are behind hughes stays in charge until we are level and then pulis takes over again

each game would be ranked on difficulty the fans would then choose via seat controls or phone app as to which manager is in charge. so for example when we go one up every fan in their right mind would click for pulis and he would then stride forward from the dugout and hughes would sit (or kneel) back down

No one can tell me this is not a good idea. You just need to think outside to the envelope and not be small minded and tied to convention.

Signings would be the only problem - who has the ultimate say??
Perhaps have a third party to negotiate transfers etc - like a Joe Kinnear figure.

TP can work on shape and the defence. MH can work on the offensive side of the game.
