What's your take on violent conduct by managers? I think you should be treated the same as players are any violence you are banned! Pail Ince Ban

All you can do is send the manager from the pitch and then the relevent FA decides from there. Physios are treated different as they cannot be sent away on safety grounds !!

Still, I bet you the reason he was kicking off, was because fundamentally, the standard of refereeing is fucking shocking in English football rught now.
