Go to the App Store on your iPhone and search for
Music Tube
You can download any yourube video for you to play at any time. You can also play the music in "the background" while using the phone. Very very useful nowadays

TEST I've just tried it with no wifi or 3G and worked no problem. You have to download (cache) the song first. You can go this when on wifi or 3G. Once you have done that the song/video will appear in the playlist section

TEST You have to use the converters on your laptop or computer first to put it into iTunes, then you sync your phone and its on there. It won't allow you to put it directly on your phone.
