Totally inept tactically, cannot keep the ball, inviting pressure, only one outcome.
Massive massive problems at the club from under-11's to First team squad. All down to one man and his ethos.

Yep. Coaching. This is IMHO at the very core of our problems.
Our strengths are the "intangibles"if you like, and they work very well when we're the plucky underdogs, as we arguably have been for the majority of Pulis' time here. Unity, crowd passion, energy, work ethic, spirit etc.
Strip that away (let's face it, look at our personnel nowadays - how many of them see themselves as a fucking underdog?) and you're left with players out of position thinking "oh shit, we haven't practised passing to each other all week".
Tactics based around getting crosses in - yet no wingers who can cross. Counter attacking tactics - yet no pace, and we can't counter attack effectively anyway because when there's space available to pass to a teammate up the pitch, we will inevitably just spoon it out of play instead.
Infuriating.

The players have had any creativity coached out of them, they are becoming almost as negative as Pulis. It will not change -ever with him at the helm,he simply has to go, he has lost all control like it or not we are now in a dog fight &we are not playing well!!

There's no football at the club because there's no football in the manager.
Time to act, Mr Coates...

Oh come on, we can't really blame the coach! Can't remember it ever breaking down before?

I have defended Pulis all the way, but now I'm really starting to think enough is enough!
