I'm sorry, I just can't take anyone with your user name seriously. I dunno. I'd exalt him with a post like that but a minus is better than zero. Is it any wonder that Berwick wants to rejoin Scotland? Unless you think differently Mr WT. Karma or none -the choice is yours.

global credit crunch is hardly Labours making though is it? Don't see how Blair / Brown can take too much blame for the sub-prime mortgage collapse in America.

Tubes - Blair/Brown could have introduced proper financial regulations instead of having British financial institutions exposed through greed.

I have no respect for labour, our prime minister Gordon Brown (who nobody had a choice of whether he stepped in or not once smiler stepped down) or more to the point our previous prime minister Mr Blair what so ever. I may get smited for this but I will never understand the average labour voter (bear in mind at one time I voted Labour myself). In my local pub your average Labour voter votes labour "because his father did and his father before him". So they vote away without reading any form of Manifesto about their own parties plans or other parties plans for that matter and then sit in the pub for the next term of their parties rule moaning about Gordon Brown/Tony Blair etc. Then when along come the poles off they go again blindly voting away. Labour no longer support the working man. Them days are over and still they play on them. Thatcher for the Tory's is long gone maybe time to move on eh. I say to all voters who voted that way now, don't moan. You made your own bed by being so fickle as to vote for a party who is slowly bleeding us dry, long may you lie in it next time your "X" goes in the usual place. Rant over

no i dont. i work on a building site and get 6 quid an hour. fact is labour have spent 100's of billions in iraq and 100's of billions bailing out northern rock. theve spent fuck all on a decent minimum wage and a pittance on hospitals, schools, public services etc.
tories, lib dems, greens, bnp and every other fucker would do exactly the same.
my boss just got 170,000 bonus for sacking 300 people who have worked like bastards to line his pockets for years. bollocks to it!
i build the fucking house, i plaster the wall, i clean up afterwards......my boss gets all the money. yet i pay more in tax than he does and labour and the tories both think he should pay less and i should earn less to pay for it!
fuck em, my vote goes to whoever spends the money i produce on me, my family and my street. full stop

I see where your coming from.
not convinced you pay more tax than your boss but i suppose maybe you do lose more when compared to expendable income or that a massive minimum wage would encourage investment and therefore secure jobs.
I'd go tory, their plans to thin out civil servants and dole scum, by stopping their benefits and banging in em on community service would see more money going into services especially as a these people would also be contributing.
So guess after the same goal through different means.

the tories may very well trim the fat but no way will it find its way to services or into my pocket. tory governments have always done the same thing with surplus, the same thing labour have done, give their mates tax breaks and throw it into attracting foreign investment!
my boss gets a tax rebate every year cus he's helped labour push down construction prices(he's done this by sacking almost everyone over 40 and hiring agency staff and untrained school-leavers on 5 quid an hour), so he does actually pay more tax than i do, but he gets 80% back as a rebate every year for making my mates redundent, tories have always offered incentives for the same thing. cameron can kiss as many council estate babies as he likes, he's still a tory and therefore has never worked a day in his life.....wanna talk about scrounging scum? MPs pretend to disagree 2 days a week and earn 80 grand before claiming 120 grand or so in expenses(also coming straight out of my pocket) now thats stealing from the public purse.
i read on their website that the cnwp will only allow thier mp's to claim the wage of the average worker(about 12,000 a year in stoke)
sounds like a good start to me
p.s ill never vote tory, half my family were made redundent when thatcher closed florence pit, so she could import cheaper coal from poland!
sorry if this reads like a rant, politics makes me fucking rage when i think about it!

to be honest i know sod all about tax, who gets rebates and how.
Also agree that it's too much of a career for them and a people on an average wage would hopefully be people of principle and do what they say they will.
Don't know enough about the pits either to make an informed comment on the pros and cons of it.
However personally i'd still vote as i said above. I think the Socialist parties are good natured but ultimately not living in the real world of big business nor will they ever win anything.
Shame it doesn't make more people rage, then they would be accountable and less able to take the piss. Fancy a riot?

I am not a political animal or a racist, regardless of my next comments, i don't know the ins & outs of the tax system etc but what I do know is that we need a left of centre political party (or slightly right of centre) that is run by English politicians for England who realise that the Scots, Welsh and Irish should be given their independance from the English tax and benefit system.
Then lets see how they, the Scots, Welsh & Irish cope at least England should be better off.

lol ok peter mandelson, thatcher, cameron, kilroy, mark meredith - sound like that cabinet would be better?
im not saying we should have a scot parliament- only that an english one isnt necessarily gonna be any better. the point is english, scot, welsh or irish if theyre cunts, then theyre cunts, if theyre not, then theyre not.
just saying ill be judging em on what they do, not what they say and certainly not where they were born.

You're wasting your time voting for any political party. What we need to do is change/remove those who wield the real power. All political parties are puppets of these bastards.
Revolution now!

I had enough last week when Hazel Blears visited a park in Brixton and wore a stab proof vest!!!! I was like we have to live in this bloody city! Had it with labour, they need a good kick up the arse, more bothered with their celebrity reputation than doing anything else.
