I know something similar has been posted before but so what!! The last one is really funny so had to post it.
Actual call centre conversations !!!!!
>Customer: 'I've been ringing 0800 2100 for two days and can't get through to enquiries, can you help?'.
>Operator: 'Where did you get that number from, sir?'.

I worked at Singlepoint at Copthall House before it became Vodafone. One dull part of my job was to go Chesterton and listen in on the Call Centre. I don't know if it's still there but it I was in a double-decker portacabin outside the main building.
I had a headphone set but my mike was switched off.
This woman rang in and was complaining about something or other.
The call centre operative asked what type of phone she had
"A blue one" was the reply.
It was a dull afternoon but good job I wasn't miked up because I cracked up and had run out into the car park. I think you had to be there.
