would you take 4 points from our next 5 games if offered them now??
I would I think. Such tough fixtures: home to man city and swansea, away at liverpool, man utd and chelsea. 3 points is expected, 4 points would be good, 5 excellent in my opinion.

Too early to say, for me. Any team at home though should be there for the 3 point taking...i'd say 5 was quite realistic if we can gel this squad with the new acquisitions (and Tone doesn't bottle it )

8 points after 8 games will be a fine return and very promising for the rest of the season.

4 points would realistically be the best we could hope for.
It won't stop people moaning though ;D

Things like this happen when you're nine league games without a win and have only four wins from your previous twenty-five league games. It's not a record that should be simply dismissed as though it doesn't matter. I personally think we'll be okay this season (especially if we utilise the Adam signing) but until we start picking up wins many supporters will continue show their concern. It's only natural.

I find it odd when people refer to statistics that include the previous season. There are so many personnel changes with teams from one season to another that it's not really relevant. I suppose it depends if your glass is half empty or not. You could say that we're unbeaten this season - but hey ho.

I suppose it depends if your glass is half empty or not. You could say that we're unbeaten this season - but hey ho. It's relevant if there has been no apparent change in tactics despite the change in personnel. Especially if the results appear to be the same.
