i'd like to think your joking. but i'm not sure.
It is probably part of a plan to subsidise every scrounging arsehole available to a certain level of comfort. funded by the tax payer. Come voting day everyone who would vote them out will be too busy putting in overtime leaving the dossers of the country to put in their one day of work a year and secure their future.
