I obviously feel sorry for anyone who feels driven to suicide but why the hell did they have to put their death (if dead) on the concience of an innocent driver and make 1,000's of people late for work in process?

Missed this not living back in The Potteries. Someone jumped off Glebe St bridge? Which one? onto the 500? If so....hells bells!

You want to live in Newcastle.... Tyne Bridge is a classic spot for jumpers. Was going across it the other day and noticed that samaritans have now got adverts on there!!! Tho suicide is purely a cowards way to die, if you're going to do it then make sure you don't involve anyone else and make sure it's done cleanly! Sleeping pills - fall asleep don't wake up and no mess. Sorted.

Seriously though, if you're gonna try and kill yourself surely you would go from something a bit higher to make sure it worked!! A work mate of my mate had to swerve him yesterday. It was a white tranny van that hit him!

Personally I wouldn't say it was a cowards way (wasn't that a TV programme about boats?). Ask yourself would you dare do it I know I wouldn't, scared of heights?
