yeah mate, you have to use original adapter although you can do it with 2 wireless routers and some serious configuring. You could just plump for the old ethernet cable.

You can use a ethernet bridge, I think Belkin call them gaming adaptors.

use ethernet cable, less problems with freezing etc Connecting an ethernet cable directly into the router is the best way, but is not always an option for some if the router is in a different room.

Iv'e got a 360, ethernet cable and wireless connector. Ethernet is much, much better and is great connection, very little freezing and is cheaper. However wireless connectors connection is shocking to be honest and is very expensive. If i was you i would go for the ethernet cable, trust me Karma ?

Had the wireless module for months now and have to say the opposite - find it very very good indeed. Never ever frozen or anything like that - great bit of kit. To be honest I know loads of people that have got them and no problems. Loads easier than trailing a cable around.
If you want a cheaper version just go on ebay - loads of HK variants on there and they seem to work fine too.
