Mate - sorry to say this but you will be very bloody lucky to find a 2 bed anything in newcastle for less than £600 a month. Have you tried Bramptons in Hartshill, they usuaally have local terraced houses. Buy instead mate, get a mortgage, easy peasy

mate, i would have a mortgage by now but you cant get 100% anymore. and being only 20 i can say i have nil amount saved. if i could get a 100% i would have done a while ago. its such a blag how the hell are people actually supposed to get on the property ladder these days ??? it just seems like were fighting an un-winable battle

I know how you feel mate - was in the same situation myself a while back. In the end, my parents lent me a bit for a deposit and we started that way. I'll keep my eyes open for you mate

BEB:
1. Ring them up and make an appointment to view;
2. View and tell them how much you like them;
3. Say you will buy one for £119,950 with fitted carpets, a free plasma, an ipod Nano and your 5% deposit paid.
Don't worry about the legal fees bit because if you use their sols they will charge £1500 less the £500 off them. It would cost you about £600-£700 to use someone locally. Bailey Wain and Curzon in Fenton are who I use.
They are currently on their arse - as are most developers so trust me you won't be a million miles away from a deal.
