At 5.50.
Tone says that Ric spoke to Crouchy in the dressing room and said he will have to try and score a better one.
Says he will play a few more games this season.

Good stuff.
At least his whole ban is over and done with now, all in the space of a week.
No doubt he'll be back on the bench at Wigan - and it wouldn't be a surprise if he had one more special moment up his sleeve before he says his Au Revoirs in May.
He'll have to go some to beat Crouchy's effort this year, though He's probably relinquished his Goal of the Season trophy for the first time...

I like the part of the interview at about 5.22 when the interviewer was insinuating that Stoke were a little physical and Pulis completely twirled the question, brilliant

Tony wil always have a soft sport for Ric - as indeed do lots of supporters. There's no doubt he let everyone down in our game against Chelsea.
I think this will be his last season for us and that he will get a run out at the Britannia. As for challenging Crouchs goal? I'm sure he'll be up for it.

We all know what Ric's like, but he's still one almighty talent on his day. I wouldn't bet against him scoring another corker before the season ends! I really hope he does.

Remember when Tuncay scored the equaliser against Man Utd last season. Nailed on for our goal of the season.
Two weeks later Fuller scored an absolute beaut against B'ham, similar to Tuncay's, but just a bit better.
Ric doesn't like challengers to his crown. Expect long range lobs a-plenty.

I am and always have been a big Fuller fan. I am also someone who in my sporting days was extremely athletic and represented my county and therefore can appreciate the finer points of fitness and physical attributes perhaps more than many. Fuller has always relied on his pace and physical presence to a large extent , but since his last injury he has not recaptured the form that his physical abilities have made him famous for. To put it bluntly , he is a shadow of his former self , and therefore in future will have to rely on guile and his experience to extend his career any further. He might possibly be considered as substitute for the last 20 minutes of some games , but beyond that I wouldn't like to speculate . I don't see him as someone who we should persevere with beyond the end of this season , but in saying that , there are far , far worse cases that will be kept on for whatever reason. For both Riccy Fuller and the future of Stoke City in general , now is the time to call it a day , and move on. He could still be a class act in the Championship , but sadly not in the Premiership. He's still possesses plenty of tricks up his sleeve , but if you haven't got the pace or physical presence you once had , then it is a very big obstacle to overcome.
Think of it this way ....It's a like a once great boxer who has sadly lost his last three fights but is still desperate to maintain his credibilty and appeal but hasn't got the stamina anymore. If then one considers his last 'faux pas' and his volatile personality , then the odds are stacked firmly against him I'm afraid.

Mumf depends on what role he will settle for jones gone sidibe not in the 25 squad means two strikers in anyway so he might just be the extra one we require otherwise we will be looking for three forwards in the summer before the more critical areas

The strikers to keep in preference are Crouch Jerome Walters Those definitely out should be : Sidibe (three years overdue) Jones ( Never quite lived up to his transfer fee and not prolific enough) Fuller : See above (Last post)

Mumf he is five games off regaining some sharpness, if he doesn't get that we'll never know if he is past it or just short of match fitness. You can't not play and then just be better than everyone else.

In answer , by the way he moved , by the way he ran , and his overreaction to tackles , and by his general body language. Yes, I can appreciate many won't agree with me , and yes he will be 'ring rusty' , but it's not the Fuller I know and loved. At the end of the day only time will tell....
