need some help please.
Used to work for a big local company, but got made redundant in september last year (even though people still doing my old job, but thats another story), anyway got a letter this morning (6 months after i was made redundant) saying they over paid me in my final wage packet by £400 and have now passed the case to their solicitors to recoup the monies.
Where to i stand in respect of timescales, also possibly calling their bluff about being made redundant when new people are still doing my old job.
thanks.

If you know how to use Usenet (newgroups and google groups) try on here.
uk.legal.moderated.
It'd moderated so there maybe some delay but there's a of lot clued up people on there. Alternatively try
uk.legal.
There's a bunch of idiots hiding behind their keyboards on there but also knowledgeable people.
I'd suggest using Outlook Express or Thunderbird to subscribe. You don't need to use a real email address unlike Google Groups.
