Knows Ilford. Im working in Tower Hamlets on tuesday for 2 days cleaning windows at the local schools(seriously i am) and im looking for cheap digs for myself and 2 lads who work with me. Ive been on the travelodge website and Ilford travelodge is 4.7 miles from where im situated priced at £65 a night. What is Ilford like? And is this a good price? Thanks in advance.

I went out with a girl from Woodford a while back and thats a very nice area. I went to a gym there once and it was full of Wet Sham players. I think Ilford is fairly close but London can go from posh to slum in a few yards!
If it is expensive you might be better to stay in a cheaper part and travel to your work place.
