Anybody logged in through tiscali. mine has been down all day so have logged in through mobile and they arent answering the helpline.

Where in stoke do you live? (If you live in stoke that is!!)
I have had no internet for two weeks now. Called them almost every day. All I got from their support was......are the lights on your router on? and they couldnt help me futher because they offer limited support for mac users! Eventually they told me they are upgrading the line in my area/street (Basford) to 8meg and this could be causing the problem!! Said it should be finished by thursday evening. If its not working thursday I will be changing supplier.

I live in Trent Vegas. It has happened before, but only down for a few hours. Called them yesterday and he said it should be sorted withing 24hrs. It better be as I want to stream the match later.

I was wanting to stream the match but looking like that wont be happening now. Sod it!! When I call and cancel my broadband with them thursday (Because I doubt it will be working) I will let em know I couldnt stream the match!! Top reason for getting rid!!!
