Never had to purchase any before, so any information on stockists would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Ah I remember the days you could nip up the petrol station for a bag of coal. With my mothers cooking we never needed logs

If it'll fit through the chimney straight down into the open fire then i may be interested.
Or in short i'm too much of an idle bastard to even contemplate cutting it into pieces ;D

As a serious answer to this question, you can get logs at most petrol stations - usually in big containers outside, with coal and screenwash, etc.. But make sure you get coal as well, because you burn through logs really quickly - a base of coal keeps the fire going longer.

There's a place (Rose Farm Nursery?) on the A53, Whitmore Road, from 'Castle, advertising logs - on the left, just before the bridge over M6.
