So how many on here went to France as a 14/15 yr old then.
I went to Limoge (pottery connection) ... which was wierd.
we went in summer of 1990 .... and we were there during "Bastille Day"... i remeber sitting on the grass in the main square in front of the station watching fireworks.
remember lots of other stuff as well...it was an interesting 2 weeks

I think most French exchange schemes with SOT schools was with Limoges (that's with an 's', ID ) 'cos they're twin cities. Never went on an exchange but I did go to France with the school - Paris and Normandy when I was 16. My wife (who's a teacher) is taking part in her school's French exchange soon; we're putting up a French woman teacher for a week at the end of the month
