It's not enough that Channel 5 showed Lethal Weapon 4 last night which was every bit as bad as I'd been led to believe, but to compound that, the plot (and I use the word loosely) seemed to centre around the Chinese smuggling illegal immigrants into the USA.
Now I know the West Coast of the US is a million miles away from Morcambe Bay but surely the timing was a bit awry here, shown with all the sensitivity of a house brick.
Adam Faith's famous last words surely weren't that far wide of the mark.
