All these people saying we were the worst finalists ever must have a very short memory and only see the negatives of our club.
Was it not Stoke City who demolished Bolton Wanderers 5-0 in the Semi Final? That was our day, Stoke Citys day, something to tell your grandkids.
Is it not Stoke City, Lowly Stoke City who are in a European competition next season? Who would have thought we could have said that 3 seasons ago.
So yes, today we were beaten by Manchester City, but give me the option to swap OUR team for theirs, and would I take it? Would I fuck!
STOKE CITY, WE' RE PROUD OF YOU!

Agreed. I wouldn't mind one or two players with the quality of some of theirs though. But I wouldn't take anybody's team over ours. It's our team spirit and the connection with the supporters which helps to make us what we are, something special and something irritating to the "big" clubs and many in the media.

Agreed.
Yes we are down, we are hurting and we are massivley dissapointed. But we will bounce back from this.
Please don't forget what a massive achievment this has been for our great club and how long we have waited.
We can go away and lick our wounds for a few days then take 6 more points to end our season on a high, give the lads a big thank you next week and spend the summer reflecting on another year of progress and looking forward to another adventure and another step forward in our growth as a club.
Yes we are down but we will just get up and fight back stronger, as a team and a club. The 2011 FA Cup Final is not the end of the journey, its the beginning. We are again a club that challenges for honours after just a few years back in the big time.
We'll be with you and we'll be back!

Tevez and Silva would look good wearing the red and white stripes of Stoke City but would they get a game?

Just got back (staying in North London) The team did not play to its full potential (Etherington did not look at all fit) but the support was FANTASTIC. We outsang them from Wembley Way - never mind the start of the game. Only when they scored did we hear anything from the Blue end The supporters were absolutely fantastic today - I bet Wembley has never seen anything like it - especially from the team that lost! I was there, did'nt think we were particularly bad, I though man city played well and were really up for it. They defended with the same passion as us. We could have been two down at half time, thought the second half it was a bit more even and but for the keepers knee would have been 1 - 0
no criticism to come from me, it did'nt quite click today but there was no lack of trying

Listened to Mancini being interviewed and could hear us potters singing Delilah proud that stayed after the game and clapped and cheered the Potters. We showed the world that we are Stoke City we're loud and we're proud well done all.

No worries from me, proud we got to the final - and optimistic about the future. GOARN STOKE!

It was disappointing how we played but at the end of the day, just enjoy it. I know it's hard but You've just witnessed Stoke City in an FA Cup Final, who the fuck would think they could say that before they died? Jees, I'm 24 and I never thought I would. We lost, it's heartbreaking but bollocks to it! I'm just so proud of everyone to do with Stoke at this moment, nothing else matters. Be proud. Be loyal. Be Stoke.

Its still a great night to be a Stoke Fan

We have come along way in such a short time The club and players should be congratulated But, it's understandable to have a little moan at today's performance on such a big stage after demolishing bolton & arse. Fans expectations were higher than normal Let them release steam... They'll be backing the lads again on Tuesday and all will be forgotten
