This has been excellent season for Stoke City! Even though we all are obviously disappointed for the cup final outcome, just think if we would be a West Hams position right now. That would be certainly disappointing.
We are still fighting for a 8th spot in the league, and we have another season in the Premier (and Europe) to look for. Our new season starts already in the couple of weeks, when the transfer window opens, and it might be an exciting one.
We are a club on the up and have lot of positive things to look for. Lets remember that, even today!

This season is as good as it is ever going to get. We are punching well above our weight, it's akin to john mcCrirrick shagging pippa middleton!

agreed. It's been great but we have to be realistic we just need to keep finishing 7th- 12th and have good cup runs and I'll be happy. I don't want us to be like Man C and Chelsea. Teams that have lost there personality and become playthings for egomaniacs.

We are where we are because the team is getting better and stronger as a unit. Are you suggesting we are relegation fodder then....I don't think so. |

Wonderful season. And to think we're in 8th place, been in the FA Cup final, qualified for Europe, but flirted with relegation!!! We all knew we wouldn't go down though. Where do we go from here though now?
Expectation has risen, if you wanted anyone in charge though now it would be PC & TP. Keep the feet on the ground and carry on. We will most certainly bring in a step up in quality of player that is for sure.

The F.A cup was something extra and a great day out. The new 3 year plan is soon in place, I'm excited to see what it is!

What a fabulous season!!
Another mid-table finish, FA Cup Final spot and now looking forward to Europe next year!!

I sat up until the early hours of the morning over here to watch the Final, and whilst obviously disappointed, I was SO proud of their effort in the second half after their nerves settled. It was a shame that we couldn't field a fully fit side; it was obvious that both Etherington and Huth were feeling their injuries.
But what a game from Pennant, eh!!?? He never stopped 'putting in' and for mine he was Stoke's MOM with Sorensen a close second.
I'm sure that every Man City fan will be VERY relieved that all the Middle Eastern shekels has finally bought them some silverware, but what money can't buy is the sort of loyalty and support that WE give to our boys!!
I'm SO proud to be a Potters fan today!!!
