How do you copy a 'live' link to a post?

Second button from the left, bottom row, on the Post Message screen gives "url" twice in brackets. Copy the address into the space between the two bracketed "url"s and, hey presto, there's your link.  It's simpler than I made it sound  |

even less effort is required just type in the link with the:
http://
bit and it'll automatically make it live on posting to the thread...

using the add tags:
4th from left bottom left.
add link to website with jpeg on it
if you hold mouse over each tagg with out clicking it should show a name to it
ie : insert image
