I really am starting to love this delusional idiot, this is from a piece where he moans as to why Charlton have only won 8 home games this season ;
"I think for the lesser teams to come here, it's a big scalp for them, they tend to raise their game.
"It's a bit of a vicious circle because it becomes harder for us to play at home. There's a bit more pressure, we're a bit more on edge."
Nothing to do with you being shite then Alan?

Its scary to think that I actually liked this guy last season. He is a complete tosser!. Lesser teams?! who does he actually think he is manager of?.
Does make you laugh. With the players he has at his disposal, mainly which the strikers, Lita, Gray, Iwelumo, Varney etc....and he still cannot admit that he underestimated this league and quite frankly is a shite manager.
Good luck against Swansea next season Mr Mardew

I think it was Andy Gray who said that but the sentiment of the club stays the same. They will take a few years to realise they do not have the divine right to be in the premiership. I reckon they'll enjoy the long journey to Carlisle aswell!

Dubia: I saw that interview too, and if ever there was a case for 'Dead Man Walking' - that was it. I particularly liked the bit where he said 'And next season we'll....' I thought at the time Charlton wont be your problem next season mate. And as if that wasnt good enough, by a quirk of fate, next up was that ex-Big Sam Ass licker the Southampton Manager' spoutin on in similar fashion - another redundancy on the cards if ever i saw one.

Oh it’s back to the wonderful world of Alma Mildew, he has the kind of delusions that would have seen him burnt at the stake a few hundred years ago. The witch finder general would have been camped outside the Valley with torture implements in hand, not that he would have needed them, Mildew provides his own damning testimony every time he opens his mouth now.
It must be something else at his therapy sessions.
Okay Alan lay on the couch and tell me where it all began.
It all started in the office of an Icelandic man called Magnus, he called me into talk about my specialist subject and I told him it was football management at this point there was a loud buzzer and he announced sorry Alan but we have decided that we have found someone else who specializes in that and so he’s stating and you’re finished.
Though I was soon back in work and successfully guided Charlton into the Championship in my very first season. They weren’t as grateful as I thought they should have been and I reminded them several times how fortunate they were to have such a manager as myself at their small club. Though of course just by having me as their manager they were elevated to a higher plain.
So what went wrong this year Alan, you seem to be failing to complete your stated ambitions of an immediate return to the Premiership.
Again this is down to the faults of others, firstly they don’t play enough games on grass in the Championship, though I have recommended that our supporters be given free amounts of grass before each home game so they can see what I can see. Then they will understand my problems.
They will see that we are the best side in the league, that all those bullying clog merchants who are at the top, or near the top of the league are cheating us every week. They keep doing things like winning, that’s totally against the spirit of the game and for me is totally unacceptable while I am languishing in this league.
So what are your intentions, how are you going to solve the problem of people believing you’re not good enough as a manager.
I am sorry I don’t understand the question, you seem to have joined the rest of the body snatching aliens that have destroyed my reputation as a great manager. I can no longer continue with this session until you bow down on your knees and accept and acclaim me as the reincarnation of Caligula.
Okay Alan same time next season, if you’re still in work.
