Nit-picking I know, and not trying to get the guilty party out of jail, but had a great view of the ball their right back played down the line for the first goal (in Block 23) and it went at least 2 foot out before bending back in - the lino had a shocker 1st half.
Saying that, it wasn't him that didn't put a tackle in or leave his man with a free header!

I am surprised Teflon Tone didn't pick up on that.

thevue, nice considered reply, cheers. Unless the reply was to the fact that ball actually was out?!?! Now, if you read any of my threads you will know that I'm no TP lover, but we had a great view (level with the touchline) and the ball was way over the line mate - the ball played down the line to the winger by the full back. Not making any excuses as the best team won, but suprised noone picked up on it as many around me were giving the lino major grief.

Not that it's worth a shit but me and others around me in block 23 thought the same. From where we were sitting the ball was out of play. The liner was looking the other way for off side so there was no way he was going to see it.

I thought it stayed just in and I sit perfectly in line with the touchline. Was close though.

Two feet out?
Really?
I think it highly unlikely, and just a tad contentious. Maybe even contentious enough for sky to have picked up on it, which they didn't.
People forget that ALL of the ball has to cross ALL of the line for it to be out of play.
Maybe it was over the line as you suggest - you were closer than me obviously, and I'm willing to bow to your better view - but to make such outrageous claims as "at least two feet out" defeats your argument before it begins.
