I thought he looked quite handy when he got on last night. He put some good crosses in and was not scared to have a run at defenders. Ameobi seems to have taken some stick on here but I thought he played ok - looking better when Fuller came on. He got kicked off the pitch from the start but did hold the ball up well and unlucky with the lay off to Pearson in the 2nd half. I think him and Fuller could make an excellent partnership but is it too late!?
Why did we not play the 1st half like we did the 2nd though?

Bothroyd is clearly a better bet on the flanks than Cresswell - would like to see him upfront too -
wouldnt object to Gally playing there either whilst LL is out.
@ least Pearson looks a threat.

I agree about Bothroyd. Thought his touch was good and those left foot crosses he kept whipping in looked dangerous. I thought Pearson tend to float his crosses in abit to much, ie not enough power on them!

I thought Pearson had another good game last night and was maybe a little unfortunate to have been taken off.
I thought both full backs struggled (Griff looks past it) and where was the centre of defense? There was numerous times in the first half when the ball broke from defense and we were nowhere to be seen!? If only Salif was playing at full fitness! ???
