..........from Pulis to the fans for not picking the strongest team would not go a-miss i think. He has to admit that he got it so very woefully wrong last night. Sidebe starting ahead of Fuller is possibly the stupidest thing i've seen in a long time. for the record, i remain optimistic. (could be the fact that im high on smack at the moment though)

Apparently though Fuller hadn't played for 3 weeks so he didn't start.......oh hang on, when was the last time Ameobi played a full 90 mins for any first team ??? Pulis

Bob: Don't forget that trip Fuller had to Jamaica (which certainly wasn't for his call-up), a couple of weeks ago, must have really taken it out of him, got to feel for him! Starting Mama in front of Fuller, is nothing short of a joke.
He could have started Fuller, given him the 45 mins, and then taken him off. Rather than risking the game being over, which was likely with Lawrence also missing.

pulis has to start mama, otherwise his gameplan would be out of the window

Ben88, by saying that you suggest that pulis actually has a gameplan!! Surely not.

FFS lads Remind me of our league position after 42 games ??? Every manager will make mistakes throughout the season - some will be noticed, most won't. Get a grip and get behind the manager/team for the final 4 games

get behind the team for the final 4 games Are you suggesting that we haven't been? I understand your irritation pjn, but surely that means you have to try to understand ours.

i remain behind both, however, as i said an apology would be nice as his mistake has cost us dearly at such an important stage of the season.
look at the stats, fuller 14 goals, sidebe 2 goals, not rocket science really.
i am still optimistic though as i say.

"Are you suggesting that we haven't been?" No - sorry if it read that way. We need to move on and accept the mistakes made by pulis and perhaps the mistakes by individuals on the pitch

as long as Pulis learns from his mistakes last night and plays the best team for the remaining matches.
For fucks sake, theres only 4 matches left - Fuller can have a rest then.
And on Radio Stoke Pulis said "we had to persuade him to play", then in another breath said "He (Fuller) was desperate to play".
So which lie are we supposed to believe this time.

Yes that was very weird - think he was pissed off and defending himself as it was on the back of having a go at the "stay at home" fans
