Surely got to be up there, if not in front of Wigan No flair what so ever, the only flair is on the bench why? Pennant shows the odd bit of skill but nothing spectacular. No creativity from open play what so ever, glad i was skint this week or i would be even more pissed off.

we're a bunch of work horses with the odd show pony. Have been for years and will be for years to come.
I honestly believe that just having a midfield maestro in the middle would be a massive difference, time will tell I guess.

Midfield maestro? Who? - name a realistic one. Cheers.

Its 0-0 at a hard place to go in the prem, before the game id take a draw, its called stoke. Were not the pretiest and dont care. If we score a winner will you shut up?

I'm hoping TP introduces Fuller early in the 2nd half.

It's a very simple concept. If you don't like it, don't f*cking watch.

And also "for years" we've been fucking wank but now we have a really good side - some people!
You can brand it boring but we're one hell of an outfit in my opinion.

Just a few off me head, i am sure the scouting network/managment know more than that though but looking at us i doubt it.

Honestly I couldn't tell you that's why I'm not a football manager. but the obvious choice is pick the bones of euro challenging teams or those who are going down. Ferguson, Jenas or maybe even a punt on Johnson from man city. I could say names untill im blue in the face but on TP, PC and TS know whats realistic and in our budget.

I think we are playing well, tight a the back, good link up play, Carew strong on the ball ... Good game so far.

Just a few off me head, i am sure the scouting network/managment know more than that though but looking at us i doubt it. Gibson - He's nothing special at all and I wouldn't disrupt a successful system for him, he plays for Man United in the carling cup and has scored a couple of goals from outside of the area, Whelan's ahead of him in the Ireland set up and they're both similiar players. Adam - Don't be daft, look at the sides who've been after him! Noble - Totally gone off the boil for the last 2 years or so, would I disrupt a successful system for him? Nope, he's not that good. Would he leave his boyhood team who are in London for Stoke? Even if they went down it wouldn't happen, especially from a team who are known to play a totally different style to us. Taarabt - Again, the bloke's in London, won't look twice at coming down here but I'd love him as a Fuller replacement, not as a midfield maestro though because to me he plays in a totally free role for QPR and the very opposite of that is the very reason why we're doing so well. The ONLY way is to go abroad and hope you pick a gem.

Are we not one of only 3 teams who haven't had a 0-0 in 33 games?

Boring football is the half way line tip tap shite that the likes of Wenger and Moanbray advocate.

We are boring because we choose to start players such as Walters & Jones over Fuller & Pennant.
We even got rid of Tuncay to include Sidibe in our 25 man squad

pennant shows the odd bit of skill? what a bloody joke that is. I cant believe how defeatist some people are, if they are boring go down the road and watch vale, or crewe, they win more often in that shite league. Be grateful for what weve got, i never thought we'd see the day that we were doing this well in the prem. We were far more attacking than normal in this match and i was entertained thoroughly.

The club are on their way to banning the moaning Radio Stoke.
Banning a few of the moaners on here would do nothing but benefit the club.

I love Stoke City and will continue to watch Stoke City no matter how well or badly they're performing, who's in charge and who's playing, what division we're in etc because I'm red and white for life, but even the most optimistic, positive, happy-clapping fan can hardly argue that while we may be solid, efficient and brutal, we ain't half boring to watch.
I love the matchday experience because of how good our support is and the atmosphere and the full stadium so I'll always be desperately looking forward to the next game, but aesthetically, we're shite.
I honestly don't know how anyone can honestly say otherwise.
