the ball did fly through the air at the speed 1000 gazelles, so there is a good chance you could'nt see it!

But if you scored it must have flew through the net, Because the ball wouldnt slow down that fast Especially when it is travelling at the speed of 100 gazewhatevers

There is plenty of time yet.
We'll start asking for names of everyone that wants to play about late April, which will give us enough time to establish the teams and put them onto the message board so everyone can see them.

EG
not taking the pee here ... but to retire at such a young age and with so much to offer seems to me a waste.
Get off your high horse and show these guys ;D

I think that you were a good manager, u were my first manager and my only manager so far!!!! Who had the youngest team at the Occasional, cus they should have won then, just by being fitter (or, should be) In the next occasional, i plan to be up front, since then, i have played up fron for cheadle and have been a success there scoring freely and at wil Adam

Becks, why are you going? You were my only (winning ;D) manager in the OO game and I'd have liked to play for your (winning) team again in May.
As for the name going with you, so be it - but wasn't it I who made up that name in the first place?
Hope you have a change of heart and have another go at showing them lot what you're made of.

Thanks to my jiggery-pokery! Rex, theres a point. Organisers, no teams of 'old' people next time. I know if (as Rex suggested) the teams were 7 a side OS's team would have walked it (I'm still trying to work out the logic of that to this day???) but a mix of both ability and age are essential. Not that I'm trying to stick my nose in here.....

Pricey, as a member of the oldest team I can assure you that some younger legs would have been appreciated but it's more fun if the selection is kept random and you should be getting on with uni work young lad

Uni.....work.......ey?! ???
And yes, random selection is best! Just make sure there is a certain amount of swapping on the basis of age and ability after the initial random stage! ;D
