I know its really unlikely and won't happen, but would the fans who bought tickets for the original fixture have to pay again or would they get the replay tickets for free?

Dont worry about it. It wont happen. The most that will happen and I think this is extreme given the reputation of the league:
1) Big Fine for Sheff wed
2) The point they gained is deducted

The thing is though that the fines they give are so small that they make no impact on the teams. eg. the fine leeds got a few years ago. £2000 is nothing to a foot ball club, and the fines chelsea have had for not controlling their players, they are just loose change for abramovic

another question, would fuller and shawcross be allowed to play as they were suspended for the original fixture.
