Are all Ref`s out to Shaft us ? Bristol City 2 Norwich 1 ROEDER IN A RAGE STEVE BROOKER nicked an injury-time goal to send City top and Norwich boss Glenn Roeder into a frenzy. Canaries boss Roeder was left devastated by the "scandalous performance" from Premier League official Andy D'Urso after substitute Brooker had nodded home. Roeder raged: "The fourth official came over before the free-kick to say a Bristol City player had handled the ball but D'Urso wouldn't listen. "Had a ref got that simple decision wrong on a Sunday morning football pitch he'd have been cried down. If D'Urso can't get the simple decisions right where is he going?" Roeder stormed on to the pitch after the final whistle to remonstrate with D'Urso just minutes after his assistant Lee Clarke had been sent off. Clarke now faces a double-rap as he too charged on to the pitch to argue with D'Urso. Style Roeder added: "I'm not pleased with myself for going on to the pitch but that is how strongly I felt about D'Urso. "It's not my style to race after a referee like that but his performance was scandalous." Norwich can justifyingly feel they were robbed of a point after totally bossing the second half. With seconds to go the Robins looked as though they had lost their top-two place but Brooker's first goal for City in 14 months changed all that blogs.notw.co.uk/yourscorechampionship/2008/03/bristol-city--1.html#more

Ok, we didn't want Bristol C. to win, but it's funny seeing Rodent dealt a double whammy following missing out on Shola.

To be fair managers are like ungrateful kids, who remember everything their brothers, sisters, cousins or friends got but conveniently forget those things which go against them. They're all as guilty as each other. Looking at this it seems as though Norwich have good reason to feel hard done by. However, BCFC will feel this evens out the decisions that went against them at Cardiff, while Norwich fans who want to moan can cast their minds back to an old Stoke game at Norwich when they were awarded a ridiculous penalty and we had eight men booked to their two despite committing fewer fouls in the game! Shit happens but the good teams deal with it and get the job done. We've had some horrendous refereeing decisions go against us, but when we're on form we still overcome that and have shown promotion class in doing so.

Agreed Smudge, although it isn't just him its pardew warcock etc all of the so called "big" teams that think they deserve EVERY decision. Just hope us, stoke and hull or plymouth go up that'll piss everyone off
