Hellu! Southampton-Bristol City 1-2 Stoke-Crystal P 2-1 Hull-QPR 2-0 Cardiff-West Brom 1-1 Watford-Coventry 3-0 Blackpool-West Brom 0-1 Bristol City-Wolves 2-1 Coventry-Stoke 0-1 Barnsley-Hull 1-2 Watford-Barnsley 3-1 West Brom-Watford 2-2 Stoke-Bristol City 1-0 Sheff Utd-Hull 0-1 Watford-Crystal P 2-0 Wolves-West Brom 1-2 Sheff Utd-Bristol City 0-1 Colchester-Stoke 0-1 Hull-Crystal P 2-1 Norwich-West Brom 1-3 Scunthorpe-Watford 1-2 West Brom-Southampton 2-0 Bristol City-Preston 3-0 Stoke-Leicester 2-0 Ipswich-Hull 1-2 Blackpool-Watford 0-2 QPR-West Brom 0-2 Not impossible. And it would give the following End table: Stoke 84p West Brom 83p ------------------- Hull 83p Bristol City 82p Watford 81p . . But if we only get a draw vs Bristol City (0-0) and Ipswich have the chance of reaching the Play offs in their last game vs Hull (2-1), ceteris paribus, it might be: West Brom 83p Bristol City 83p --------------------- Stoke 82p Watford 81p Hull 80p . . Is it tight or tight? My worst fear is that we lose at Colchester or get a 0-0 draw vs Leicester... :musik

If I've done my calculations correctly, not even in theory can we miss out on Premier League football if we win our games. It doesn't matter if West Brom beat Cardiff and Watford beat West Brom.
Happy days!

We dont need 5 wins - 3 will be enough with a draw - 80 points.

Coventry still sends the jitters through me after all of these years. Has Jimmy Hill still got anything to do with them? Is he still alive?

Hellu!
I'm absolutely sure we have to get at least 84 points (=5 wins) to reach the Premier League, since 82 points wont be enough.
p.s. Old Stokie: my long term chest/bronch problems aren't solved and they (the doctors) have sort of given up after eight long years (!!) - they simply can't make a diagnosis. What's more, I got acute bronchitis the week before last week, therefore coughed a lot and got lumbago because of that as well. However, both the acute bronchitis and lumbago are better now. How are things with you, Old Stokie? d.s.
