Processor is only a dual-core, if you're looking for good value for money novatech, aria or overclocks could be good value. Depending on how much you're willing to spend that is, but thats only a dual core from PC world, with DDR2 RAM with its speed unlisted so it could be pretty sluggish. That one funky listed from Dell doesn't look too bad, but Dell are horrendous with customer service with their alienware range, whether that extends to their normal products or not I don't know. www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/prods/monitors/20inchmonitors/dell/in2020.htmlfor the monitor and then: www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/pc/range/delta.html (if you want to play some pretty average pc games) www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/pc/range/iflame.html (if you just want it for the internet and webgames but still want a pretty fast pc) The first is a quadcore from AMD, with the RAM speed its FSB might be a bit slower than the RAM speed but it shouldn't throttle performance too much. With the 2nd the i3 has an alternative to FSB and interacts faster with the RAM with improved performance. As I said, depending on what you want it for depends on what you should buy.
