Why get rid of him? We would then have to get yet another target man.
He's good backup for now.

IN i still rate him, sure he misses sitters and isnt good infront of the goal but the amount of work he puts in setting up attacks, clearing midfield battles, helping the defence hell, i was there where he ran down the line to set up fuller in the 3-1 win against arsenal, that took commitment at that late stage of the game, people who straight away say out forget what the big lad does for us, his name doesnt shout out when you see him in the line-up, and even i prefer the likes of jones, fuller, walters, tuncay ect, but nor do i groan when i see him up front, since hes a top lad, and always puts in the effort! End essay

If Sidibe is in the squad for the forthcoming season then we really are in trouble in the attacking department of the team. Sidibe OUT.

In. When he's fit he's the only bloke in our squad (currently) who can play the same role as KJ to give him a rest. We desperately missed him last season to take some of the workload off Kenwyne in the winter months. Having Mama to come off the bench for the last 10-15 in games would take a bit of pressure off him, whereas without him he was run into the ground and we were lucky that he lasted through 'til the end of the season and came good again.
So for now it is Mama IN, unless we can upgrade him for a better big-man option to compete with Kenwyne.

In he's the only target man we have that actually jumps for the ball and wins a flick on, would love to see him in a Stoke shirt again!
