I agree i know it's not the most exciting team in the world but Sunderland have the right idea on match days if it's not sold out they offer student tickets for anything between £1-£8 and it would be nice to fill up the empty seats at the Brit on match days

"Get a Job" i have been put firmly in my place. i understand now that i must look for a dead end full time job instead of going to uni for what should be the best three years of my life. unless it was simply tongue in cheek

Coventry's student ticket is 11.50. Stoke has a big student population so there is a market to be exploited.

Think your missing it.
Stoke do a Under 21 season ticket surely that falls under the student bracket and also doesn't effect other people at a similar age who are not students.
Not many other clubs do a U-21 ticket some people just like to moan

There is a small problem with it though. I am 36 and in full time employment. I also have a student card as I am enrolled on a part time course. Would I be able to buy a cut price season ticket?

Sorry mate you have to make a comprimise. A student ticket would only knock £50 off anyway. You will will just have to not buy a car ;D or somthing if you want to watch the might potters.

It's not a Student Ticket. Anyone under 22 (and older than 16) can buy one. It's £25.90 per month for 10 months (plus annoying - I agree - £20 setup fee ... wouldn't have happened when I ... and so on ) I was a student. I didn't get grants. I could have paid £26 a month (couldn't have afforded the travel back to stoke though). It's not really meant for Students ... It's meant for "Young People" on rubbish wages ... Students should F# k Off Up The Fail* Now go away ... I'm trying to get the hoovering finished!! ah * - I might have misread that bit ...

my friend at uni was telling me that her boyfriend is a watford fan, and he gets a reduced price season ticket, because he has moved away to uni and is still getting a season ticket. dont really know how much he gets off or anything, but presume that is what you would be looking for smig?

Students need free tickets, or it's too expensive ... You won't get them ... Not enough of you come ... I asked em to run a "raffle" for 500 spare tickets every week instead (NUS card or summut to enter) ... never happened ... so far ... (I hate hoovering ...) ah

Ye it would be quite a good idea alrite, just some incentive to fill more seats and get a better atmosphere. Anyone know if the prices will go up by much wen we are in the Prem next year???
