Would guarentee him regular football, but surely he'd want a permanent move now at his age. By my reckoning he's been loaned out 3 times now?
Still would prefer to see him in the squad than the estate agent any day.

Hope this loan is part of a deal to get KP Boateng. Just checked and he's still at Pompey.

the only reason any sane player would go to Pompey is to put themselves in the shop window as they'll get more media coverage than any other championship club
I think Dicko would be better off with a permanent move to a mid table Championship club.
Pompey are going down IMO

Also being reported by The News down here..........
Carl Dickinson has emerged as a target for Pompey. The Stoke left-back is a frontrunner to fill the void created by Stephen Jordan joining Sheffield United after walking out on the Blues.
The no-nonsense 22-year-old has made 60 appearances at the Britannia Stadium after joining the club as a trainee from Derby in 2002.
Championship rivals Preston have also been keen on the player.

The loss of Dicko and Griff moves Danny Collins up to 3rd best left back at the club.

Not a bad move for him. Better than Collins, however we need better than both in the Premier League.

The loss of Dicko and Griff moves Danny Collins up to 3rd best left back at the club. Higginbotham, Wilkinson, Pugh, Begovic, Sidibe, Nash, Tuncay, Kitson... ...nah, he's moved up to at least 9th best
