West Brazil at Charlton.....Bristol City at Cardiff......Hull at Leicester......Watford at Plymouth.
IF we could get a win tomorrow, we would surely make ground yet again, just shows what a vital weekend it is!

The main problem with the league this year has been that you can predict any results. i wouldnt be suprised if they all win, also i wouldnt be suprisd if none of them won! I only need to look back at last weeks results, WBA and Bristol both losing at home! I do hope for four defeats, honest, its just really hard to predict results anymore in he championship

I would actually take 5 losses for the top 5 (if we have to lose)

We have to win our game and forget about our rivals. The Championship is so unpredictable anything could happen. We have to look after ourselves.

Pulis has been saying all along that he just concentrates on what we do. That is right as a manager and a player but as a fan you can't help constantly checking all our rivals' scores, just our nature.
I can see 1 or 2 dropping points this weekend so there are 3 big points at stake for us.

I think they could all win tbh, no reason why not.
Bristol- At Cardiff who's mind will PROBABLY be elsewhere...
WBA- Will be focussed on winning their match to put pressure on us, although Charlton have to win to get back into playoff contention.
Hull- flying at the moment, could easily beat leicester who are very inconsistent.
Watford- great away record, would be suprised if they lost to Plymouth....

All difficult games, Charlton aren't a bad team despite their recent slump, Cardiff is never an easy place to go to, Leicester are desperate for points and on a high after beating the baggies and Plymouth are riding strong in the playoffs.
I fancy at least 2 of them to drop points with at least one losing. The important thing is though we pick up the maximum points ourselves and keep ourselves at the front of the pack.

There are some very tough games coming up over the next couple of weeks, Watford play Plymouth tomorrow and Hull next week. With the amount of 6 pointers coming up all we have to do is win our games and were up we don't have to worry about other results.

Plymouth will not be easy and Leicester are fighting for survival and the poor old Baggies have only raised one pount out of their last three games in hand.

If we win and the rest draw (unlikely but hypothetically speaking) then we are in a magnificent position.
Stoke - 40 - 70 Bristol - 40 - 68 Watford - 39 - 65 West Brazil - 38 - 63 Hull City - 40 63
If we get 2 points a game (4 wins, 2 defeats/3 wins, 3 draws), a very achievable estimate, from there-on-in that is 82 points.
Hull would need to win all 6 matches to get 81 points.
Estimating a reasonable 4 points from the two games in hand for West Brom, they would need 5 wins and 1 draw from their other 6 games to go ahead of us.
Assuming Watford win their game in hand, they would need to win 5 and lose 1 to go ahead of us.
Bristol also would need to win 5 and lose 1 to go ahead of us.

Looking at those fixtures should be the only incetive the lads need to go out and win conviningly this afterenoon. Ther are without doubt some tricky games there for our immediate threats.

Northwich - i didnt realise i had put 'can predict results'. As you say if we could predict the scores we'd all be rich by now
