Just read the following.
Former Rovers players Colin Dobson, Lindsay Parsons and Gary Penrice all form part of Stoke’s scouting network these days, while ex-Bristol boss Gerry Francis is better known in these parts for his role as part of City’s managerial think-tank.
I have jsut read Ian Holloways autobiography and the praise Gary Penrice gets from him and Gerry Francis for his skill of spotting and developing strikers is immense.
Algedly he worked with players like Nathan Ellington,Jason Roberts,Paul Furlong,Barry Hayles and others as a coach of strikers and they all said he was the main impact on their careers.
Seems he now works for us.Maybe get him coaching the strikers.

It's worth a try, nobody else has managed to get Sidibe in the box at the same time as the ball!

Mark O'Connor used to play for them as well.
Penrice is a highly regarded scout but we don't appear to use him that well.
