I have been asked to post a couple of questions by a student doing some research at Staffs Uni.
Do you tune in to Radio Stoke while you are actually at the Brit?
Do you listen to the Commentary on Radio Stoke while watching the game?
All contributions welcome ;D

Turn it on at half-time to check the scores and get any info on controversial points of the game.

Listen to it on the way there for the squad, the way home for praise & grumble but me eyes do me rate in the bear pit. Somene normally has it on in penguin ally though so hear a bit on the wobble to through there.

Antisocial bastards Used to listen to it on the way to the ground and on the way back but am now in walking distance so have it on in the house whilst getting ready and listen to praise and grumble when we're back (unless its been a wank game).

The occasional times I have made it to The Brit, no never. However, I subscribe to Stoke City World and listen to Radio Stoke regularly. If Stoke are on TV, the Radio Commentary is out of sync with the TV. You hear or see one before the other. I think the Radio is behind the TV. I don't know if this is true if you are watching the game live but I suspect it is?

Usually stay in the car to hear the line up at about 2.10, and then will tune in for a bit of G & G after the match. I've never listened at the game.

Wifey has the commentary on as she likes to be told whats happening, especially who the away players are.
Handy for passing the other scores to the rest of us.
Tis also on the bus there and back.

Listen in the car after the match and sometimes before. But NEVER during the game.

My seat at the Brit is directly in front of John Acres and Nigel Johnson - so I get the benefit of the live commentary without a radio. ;D ;D ;D Occasionally the experience is further "enhanced" by them dropping their pens, bits of paper etc etc down the back of my seat.

Normally listen on my phone for the team news while in the pub and then again for P&G.

Never listen to RS before during or after a home game, if I am in the area will always listen to away games. Presumably due to contractural arrangements I am cannot listen to away games via the internet?

I only listen before the game if it is on, if not I usually look online (phone) for any team news whilst travelling on the bus. I never listen to RS during the match as I'm soaking in the match and enjoying it with my "matchday" mates around me. I always try and listen to RS on the coach after the match, whether to berate Mumbling Mick or agree with Gleeful Gleghorn

I listen from 2pm for team changes, half listen to pre match but I'm generally talking too much during that time! Then I listen to the commentary through the game as it's always good to get the view from the commentary box regarding fouls and decisions. I got fed up with it a few times last season and 'came back into the stadium'! I find it helpful to identify the over rated, over hyped players for the opposition. I do annoyingly give out the odd scores as they come in too. Then P&G on the way back to the car - long walk to Screwfix!

I sit in the Seddon, even with my earphones and my phone radio at full volume, it is almost impossible to hear it when we are in full voice.

There and back.
If there was a penalty shout or a red card I would maybe tune in to see if it was a penalty ro sending off as they have seen the replays.
