Drug taking cheat, as for the handball, well Owen and penalties spring to mind with the cheating aspects of the game

If he's your manager then he's god, if he isn't then you hate the fat coke head.

fat, cheating, coke head fruitcake but not a great boss. Any coach could look good with the players Argentina have got, and he still used about 200 different players in qualifying

He is most of what has been described above but I would just like to add that he is just about the best footballer that I have ever seen despite all of the above. It would be difficult to deny his managerial talents if Argentina were to win this World Cup as I disagree that they could win it with ANYONE in charge - they are not THAT good.
It remains to be seen, but I will have abiding memories of a truely fantastic footballer (as well as the well known nasty episodes that go with him).

Must admit, his celebration against Greece in '94 is a memory that will always stay with me. Probably for the wrong reasons, but I thought it was class!

fat little cokehead cheat of a footballer boss - lets wait and see but even Stevie Wonder would do a job with those players he has being debated on talksport now by the way - Durham and Goughy In that suit he looks like Tom Hanks at the end of the film Big ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif)

I thought of that too knowles. He had been 'quiet' until then but it seemed to give him a new lease of life and he inspired them to the final again. Just a shame that his demons resurfaced and Argentina were a disgrace in that final.

They made the final in 1990. Think they were knocked out in Round 2 of '94, after Maradona was kicked out after failing a drugs test.

Knowles: Cheers mate (I'm always getting my years wrong). I was referring to 90 when he was below his best but got better as the tournament went on. They then disgraced themselves with their dreadful lack of sportsmanship in the final. Clearly a mightily flawed individual but I will remember him as a fantastic player.

Yeah, I knew what you were referring to. He was a tremendous talent- just a shame that he went down the wrong path.
That said, it's great to see his passion on the touchline.
Who could forget this?....

Cheating, drug abusing, obnoxious fruitcake.
Wasn't he banned from football some years ago for drug related matters?

He's a fruitcake, a cheat, and the greatest footballer who ever lived.
Good manager? The jury's out, but we'll get more of an idea when Argentina have to play anyone half decent.
Made a great substitution today when he put his son in law on and he made an instant impact.

He's certainly the best player I have ever seen by a distance.
His management style would never work in club football where you have to build and develop a team but I just have a feeling all this kissing of his players and comradeship he is building may be exactly what a World Cup campaign needs.
I love the way he sticks it up to the establishment Platini et al.
Truth is (handball or not) I'm ashamed to say I'm kind of warming to the guy !

You don't need too talk tactics with that team. That's why at times they can look a bit shaky defensively.
So really they don't need that drug cheating wank stain there.

CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT I complety dismiss IT from my life, He was at the Brit wasnt he. if I had seen him I would have shoved him to the ground, a little fat druggie. No respest whatsoever, and how he can be called one of the greatest is utterly utterly utterly utterly beyond me....a little cheat....just think of SIR STANLEY MATTHEWS a true sportsman and a gentleman.
