Will we ever get another top talented midfield like Alan Hudson again? Perhaps we would never be able to afford him in this decades price list. I think this type of player would fit in nicely. what do you think he would cost now?

There arnt many playmaking types nowadays - of any quality - in England.
Mick Mills sides had Palin,Devine,Kelly even Daly.
I'm not saying they were fir to lace Hudsons drinks but they were @ least capeable of the visionary pass.
Beckham in the modern era (& he's on the wane) has superb long range passing ability (& his short passing game is very good) but he doesnt posses the dribbling abilty that Hudson had.

The best midfileder at the moment is tbh Cristiano Ronaldo if he got diving out of his game...... That really hurt to say but im afraid its true....

Beckham isnt as good as Huson was - thats clear - but he has been a very good player.

beckham and ronaldo really play as wingers so not the same type of footballer as hudson was the type of players are lampard and gerrard but none of them are as good as hudson was also
