collins im sorry but that marking was rubbish today, not your fault its pulis
pulis huth is not a fullback why not play with two centre halfs and two full backs
pulis whitehead is a central midfielder, a delap/whitehead central midfield was required today,
pulis since reading what steve claridge said about playing into the corners and looking to capitilise off a set piece was so evident today, this is football not american football, our game is more flowing

How many came on here and said if we went 4-4-2 with Ethers and Lawro out wide we would get beat 4 or 5........if only you are missing the point, the argument is we need two full backs not a back four of centre halves, collins is a centre half and how out of position was he today, huth is a centre half to and got exposed at full back ethers is a perfect wideman but lawro aint upto the job, id rather have played ethers wide right and put pugh wide left in front of collins for protection, pulis got it wrong today and he is losing the players with bad formations/selections |

The players are crying out for him to discipline Tuncay and Kitson properly - just like he did with Griff last season. |

after the bolton game i thought we would not get another point this season but today was a shocker,limited caveman tactics brutally exploited,however what concerns me is how will he change it next season??,any decent player must look at the kitson/tuncay situation and be worried about getting a place in the side and if they do,look at the huth/collins situation and wonder if they will be playing in the position they signed for,also the tactics will not last us another season,hope i'm wrong but i think we have been found out too many times this season.

BRIT,i am not missing the point i have no time for Huth and Collins at fullback,i like old fashioned fullbacks that mark their wingers such as Wilko and Dicko who will kick them in the stand if they have to,and i think you will find Lawro plays better with Wilko behind him and when did we last see that formation.......

exactly boweryboy, old fashioned full backs, wilko and dicko aint the worlds greatest but one thing them lads do best is defend, whole heartedly, heads bodys everything on the line for the club, collins and huth at full back were opened up like a tin of beans, we were made look like schoolboys, when you go to the bridge, ot, anfield etc you need big hearts and great defending, collins aint got either, and huth can only do it in the middle. if wilko and dicko were on today that would have been 2 players who would have given 110% no question, give me them anyday

exactly hitman,Pulis has shoehorned them in at fullback and complains about performance and comitment,but wait his comments are probably not aimed at his favourites...
