simple, better team, well definately better midfield anyway.
Whelan and rory much better than russell, although he wasn't bad,
also confidence from last season, teams beginning to fear us after last season, all sorts of reasons

Having consistent players, because in the second half of last year most of the influential players seemed to tail off e.g Lee Hendrie
