this season we seem to have a pretty stonewall penalty appeal turned down virtually EVERY game!
I've watched the replay numerous times and Delap was taken out by the defender who was nowhere near touching the ball as Delaps first touch knocked it away from him (the defender).
No wonder TP complains about the refs not giving us penalties!

From where I was sitting it looked like he made the most of it, so I am surprised to hear it was a genuine penalty claim. Have you seen the 'foul' by Fuller on Otsemebor in the last minute? It didn't look a foul to me and if it hadn't been given Ric was one-on-one with the keeper. Hey ho I suppose 1-0 will do me!  |

Knowles the replay shows he didn't make any meal of it - He touch the ball away from the incoming defender who just carry through and body checked him and send him sprawling. |

That is a penalty in my eyes!  Very similar to the Cresswell one at the weekend I suppose. Better to get the one on Saturday rather than last night, but needless to say, we should be getting both Thanks for the footage- karma your way sir! |

Looks like a penna to me, and I don't think it was as bad as Distins challenge on Ronaldo either.

oooooooooooh I dunno where I found that . . . .  ..... now where is the whistling smiley! It was nothing like shoulder to shoulder . . the defender was late in the challenge as the ball had gone already and followed through in the challenge taking Delap out! |

Its a free kick outside the box for anytime but very rarely will anyone get one given like that, even Man U struggled when distin checked Ronaldo!
It is a foul but I think they should change the rules so its an indirest free kick - This way the ref is more inclined to give it!
