just bought the times hoping to read a good match report.

Thats it. If you count intense as two injury time corners that is. Barnsley ipswich, bristol watford, colchester sheff wed & preston wolves all got large match reports.

castle-stokie: To be fair The Times have actually ran with us quite a bit recently, as their main game in "The Sport" section on a Monday, so maybe they are equalling it up.

I have theTimes 6 days a week and can say their football coverage is well spread out among all the teams, Mondays pull out is by far the best of the so called quality papers,

mid wekk match reports in the morning papers are always a bit ropey given printing deadlines.
second half details tend to get guessed @.
