So says the Sentinel match report. After weeks of our moaning about Mama Sidibe, he scores a crucial goal and is now likely to miss one of the games tailor made for his brand of muscular play.
Still, Ryan can come in for Leon as a straight swap, and with Whelan back in the frame and Gallagher ready to step in for Lawrence, Cresswell can be pushed up front with Ricardo.
Nash
Griffin Shawcross Riggott Dickinson
Gallagher Delap Whelan Pugh
Cresswell Fuller
Subs Simonsen Wilkinson [Cort/Buxton] Diao Parkin

I will say Sidibe will be OK, but Shawcross will replace Cort-
Nash
Griffin Shawcross Sidibe Pugh
Lawrence Delap Whelan Cresswell
Sidibe Fuller
Subs: Simonsen Diao Gallagher Wilkinson Dickinson
It would be unfair on Dicko for him to miss out, but I can't see him dropping Pugh or Cresswell sadly

Lol- I'm tired- got back at 2.00 this morning Thanks for refreshing my little memory. OK, in which case, he will put Delap on the right and Pugh in the centre, allowing Dicko to slot in central midfield Although he hinted Gally would start after the Burnley match I don't think he will

I think this will be one of the games where surpises will be sprung, so to keep the opposittion guessing... I reckon Gally and Shawcross will figure...
Either way 3 points is what we realistically need to keep our hand in the right place!!!

Get some sleep, man!! ;D I presume you also mean that Dicko would play at left back? I agree that, if Mama is fit, Gally may have to be content with a place on the bench again. As Pulis could well be satisfied with a draw, he could try to keep a solid midfield four, without a "luxury" player of Gallagher's ilk.

Jezza, you are right I do need some sleep. Jesus wept, I'm having a nightmare!! Nash Griffin Shawcross Riggott DICKO Delap Whelan PUGH Cresswell Sidibe Fuller Subs: Simonsen Diao Gallagher Wilkinson Buxton I hope none of these players are suspended/injured/having a sauna/eating their lunch at the time of the match. I think that is what it will be

As well as Dicko is playing I think Griff is too easily caught out on the right so I would play if Wilko is fit -
Nash
Wilko Shawcross Riggot Griff Gally Delap Whelan Pugh Cressy Fuller
Subs Simmo Dicko Diao Buxton Parkin

It was definately Cort who ended up in their crowd. It was in about the 25th minute from memory and he ended up being subbed late on so it can't have been from that.
However, he was limping at the end as he trundled over to applaud the supporters.

Unless either of them have lost limbs - Tone will play them.

Radio Stoke say Cort's fine as he just had cramp.
Seems to be a more serious doubt over Sidibe though - he's apparently having a scan on a hamstring problem in half an hour "to find out how long he'll be out for"

How did he injure his hamstring by scoring from a header? Maybe he was just too keen to make the 7ft mark from Rory's throw?

If he's out for a few weeks, maybe that'll force our hand and we'll see a new striker before the weekend?

If he's out for any more than Watford, we're in trouble I think ... And if he's out for any more than two games we're in serious trouble.
Love him, like him, loathe him; we're going to struggle to replace him at this point in the season. However, I am aware that - according to TP - Mama is regularly injured ... right up until the team is announced before the game ... So let's hope it's another of those injury scares.

Time seems ripe to get that elusive goalscorer in (Nugent?).

The loss of Sidibe could be pivotal in our hop;es of promotion. Saturday is the main game of the season for Mama to play in. Watford like to knock it long- we want to see how they like it when it is played against them!
FM- it has all gone quiet on the Nugent front- perhaps a plan B Tone? I couldn't cope with the return of Parkin!
