Definately 10 out of 10. Fuller and the rest of the team needed to know they weren't undroppable so he was great in the strength in doing it. They got the kick up the bum they deserved and we got the result. If he hadn't had the strength to make them decisions we wouldn't be in such a strong position ;D

8 for being brave(ish) and a good away win, couldn't have asked for more realistically but I won't give him more for starting Diao and not Gally.

Going to have to be 10 simply because he doesn't give a flying fuck what any one else thinks or say's he does what exactly he thinks is best and regardless of slagging praise or whatever else nothing deters him from it. Brave choices tonight could of easily gone wrong but didn't for that it's only admiration tonight.

I was nervous as hell near the end of that game but we got the 3 points and that is all that matters.

10 We've all got gripes- real or imagined- about TP sometimes, but as said above, HE picks the team. Although all of us could pick a better team for most games- winky thing- TP has got us where we are by sticking to his own decisions. Thanks TP, and thanks to whatever team he picks to play, they're doing us proud.

Got tactics right - resting Fuller, great to see Dicko back in again - must play till end of season now IMHO. Playing Pugh in centre mid is much better, surely he knows Diao is nowhere near his best. So 9/10 for TP. GOARRRN TONE!!!

10. His first eleven soaked up the early pressure and the introduction of Fuller completely changed the game. As soon as he entered the pitch, the fans and players believed we could actually win.
It was a superb piece of management, and he was also able to admit to himself that Diao was bad enough to warrant being subbed relatively early on.
Well done TP, keep it up!!

7 - can't fault a good away win. Listened on the radio, didn't seem like we were ever truly under pressure. One or two iffy defensive moments, but you're going to get those away from home, and it seemed like they only had Cureton as a genuine threat.
I'm glad to see he pays attention to this board.
