Lose tonight and that's what all the other clubs will be thinking and they will be right.
If we lose tonight I can't see us picking up any points at Watford and our promotion pipedream will be over. On the other hand if we win tonight then it could be the shot in the arm needed for the final push.
The pressure is on Pulis tonight to pick the right team and the players to perform to the standard that got them to the top of the league.

Apart from the year Reading ran away with it and when Sunderland went up under McCarthy with Lee Clark etc every team who gets promoted has a difficult spell when they lose a few on a trot hopefully stokes ended with the penalty against burnley funny thing is if we were to lose tonight I'd have us as nailed on certainities to win at Watford for some reason

Not sure our dream would be over if we lost tonight, as no one looks like running away with it, but we need to put down a marker for the rest of the run in. We need to dominate an average Championship team, win and bloody well win well.
That will put us in good spirits and possibly with a buffer between us and Watford ahead of Saturday's game (if they lose at Brizzle tonight).
4 points minimum this week is needed to get us heading in the right direction again.

When Brazil got that late winner vs Sheff Wed I thought that might be the little turning point for them and I wonder if the same might be true about Saturday's late penalty for us.
Either way there are a hell of a lot of points to be won and lost between now and the end of the season and there will be a few twists and turns along the way.

I feel more confident of picking up points against Watford than I do against Norwich tonight.
Ratface Roeder will want to show 'the big Stoke baddies' with an average height of 7ft 2" a lesson in carpet football ;D
