We definitely need some more firepower but we have the players at the moment that could be far better utilised if they weren't constrained by this one-dimensional obsession.
Even more pathetic when we try to play Sidibeball without Sidibe. A new striker would be even a worse waste if we persist with this painful Option A.

Sidibe was by far and away the best player on the pitch for us, he made Fuller look average. Keep him in!!

WE were certainly worse after he went off. We don't seem to have another way of playing when he goes off. Pulis's substitutions always seem to be random to me as he doesn't seem to do it for tactical reasons, we just carry on the same, lumping the ball to players that can't head the ball.

Sidibe was by far and away the best player on the pitch for us have to disagree. Sidibe was awful today, I cheered when he got taken off. His flickons came to nothing, his passing was woeful, and its not surprising Fuller tries to go it alone - he has to, Sidibe is always 10 yards behind. The long ball game to Sidibe has long since been found out and covered. Now is the time to change the game

To be honest, this is not even about how good or bad a player he is. The style of play is choking the life out of the team and is well and truly sussed out by the opposition.

Sidibe best player on the pitch????
Were you not there, he was abysmal, the only thing he usually brings to the team is his flick ons, and today their centre half won almost everything in the air. It takes him 3 or 4 touches to bring the ball under control and was clueless with it at his feet.

sidibeball or pulis ball as i like to call it works. mama was not the best player on the pitch. however rAzza nor was he abysmal. we looked poor just after he went off for a little spell. mama works in our system. WHY DOES EVERYONE USE MAMA AS A SCAPE GOAT WHEN WE DO NOT WIN

Great thread. We actually started to play some footy once Sidibe buggered off AND LOOK DANGEROUS. This terrible style that revolves around Sidibe has been well and truly sussed. We have the players to play teams off the park but we don't use them correctly if at all. This Sidibe obsession will kill our season. But does Pulis know any other way to play? I think not.
