His distribution was a marked improvement. His kicking was good and his throwing. Maybe at fault for the goal but so were the midfield and the defence. Overall I had more faith in him than Simmo, for sidtribution and sticky moments.

I thought Nash had a good game overall. He was confident when it mattered and seemed to command respect. A couple of potentially heart-stopping moments were dealt with very confidently. I'll reserve final judgement until I've seen it on the box but didn't think he stood much chance with the goal. The damage had already been done by the players in front of him.
His quick and varied distribution was another plus (though he caught Griff on the hop at least once that I can recall.)
I'd definitely keep him in for the next game.

He is kicking was better than simmo's, although a few were blown off course by the wind. He was always moving around in the area like Shay Given does and kept himself alert. Made 1 or 2 decent catches but was caught out of position just after the goal for them went in and could have saved Lafferty's goal.
Lets give him a chance though...

Unbeliveable!
He's a much better keepr than Simmo has been recently. I'm a Simmo fan, but he's been poor of late and needs to be pushed for a place. Hopefully it will have the desired effect and we'll see him at his peak again soon.
To blame him for the goal is outrageous. There were 6 - count 'em, SIX - defenders on the edge of the box who totally missed the ball for their forward to score.

Nash had a decent game overall. Looked a bit more willing to come off his line, which may give the defenders a bit more confidence.

first rule for keepers:
don't get beat on your near post.
It took Nash all of 3 mins to fuck that one up!!!!!!!

He didnt really have a shot to save today, but I think he could have done better for the goal
Ill reserve judgement until he is properly tested

My daughter's observation was that she thought Nash had been on a few too many sunbeds and was "orange".
